RESERVATION POLICIES:

Payment is made at the time of booking and it is your responsibility to keep your appointment.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept payment by credit and debit cards - MasterCard, Visa, American Express - and PayPal.

Your credit card or PayPal statement will show that you are billed by ‘Tranquil Spirits’ or ‘Tranquilspi’.

You will be billed in American Dollars which will be converted to your currency by your bank or card provider.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

If you need to cancel your appointment or class for any reason, 48 hours notice is required for us to arrange another time for you. No refunds are given.

If you cancel in less than 48 hours or you do not keep your appointment, there will be no refund and a new appointment will require a new payment.
